Cred-Ex Privacy Statement

When you request services using Cred-Ex, Cred-Ex collects nonpublic personal information ("NPI") which you submit, such as your telephone number and part of your social security number. Cred-Ex also receives NPI from third parties, such as your name, address, and telephone number, based on the information you provide to Cred-Ex, as well as NPI about your transactions with Cred-Ex, its affiliates, or others, such as purchase price and payment arrangements.

Cred-Ex may disclose NPI to service providers or other financial institutions, such as solutions providers, performing on Cred-Ex's behalf and subject to a confidentiality agreement. Cred-Ex may also disclose NPI, or parts of your NPI to third-parties as permitted by law. For example, Cred-Ex may disclose NPI, including the last four digits of your social security number for purposes of maintaining or servicing your account, protecting against potential fraud, protecting against unauthorized transactions, or for resolving billing disputes.

Cred-Ex maintains physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to help maintain the service and your NPI. Cred-Ex will post any changes or updates to this Privacy Notice on its website, http://www.Cred-Ex.com. When you obtained your membership with Cred-Ex, you agreed to receive updates to Cred-Ex's Privacy Notice via posting on Cred-Ex's website. By clicking "I Agree" when you obtained your membership with Cred-Ex, you also provided your electronic signature, expressing your intent to accept the purchase terms and conditions of the membership with Cred-Ex and this Privacy Notice and Terms.
